MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Board of Health is to assure all of Harvard's residents a safe and thriving community by:
- protecting them from environmental hazards;
- preventing the spread of diseases and assuring safe water;
- promoting healthy lifestyles, and;
- promulgating and enforcing local, state and national regulations as required by law.
