To see if the Town will vote to become a member of the Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project for a minimum of three (3) years, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 252, Section 5A, chapter 5A, chapter 583 of the Acts of 1973 and any other enabling authority, or take any other action relative thereto.
