Harvard Residents may apply for Federal and State Fuel Assistance Programs by contacting the New England Farm Workers Council at 978-342-4520 or calling the COA at 978-456-4120 for assistance. The first time an applicant is applying, it must be done in person either at the Fitchburg office located at 473 Main Street or at the Hildreth House COA office. See Debbie for assistance.
