AARP tax-aid volunteers are available during February, March and April to assist those with low to moderate income with their tax returns. Volunteers can also help if you do not ordinarily have to file a Federal return, but need to file to claim the Curcuit Breaker credit.
The COA office has a list of available sites where one can go to receive assistance.
