FY2010 Transfer Station PERMITS Fee Schedule:
Residential Household Renewal Fee:
If purchased prior to June 30, 2010 – fee is $235.00
If purchased July 1 through July 31, 2010 – fee is $260.00
If purchased August 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 – fee is $290.00.
- Two permits allowed per household at price listed
- Cost of each additional permit (more than two) is $25.00 each (3 permits max per household)
- Lost permits - $15.00 replacement fee (valid vehicle registration required)
- Replacement permits – No Charge - Damaged sticker must be presented and exchanged at Town Hall.
Senior Citizen Discount: For residents 65 or older on or before June 30, 2010, fee is $25.00

New Residents Only:
- If purchased July 1, 2010 – July 31, 2010 - $235.00
- If purchased August 1, 2010 – December 31, 2010 - $260.00
- If purchased January 1, 2011 – June 30, 2011 - $130.00
PERMITS MUST BE AFFIXED TO THE DRIVER’S SIDE FRONT BUMPER OF THE VEHICLE.
How to purchase permits:
- In person: at the Town Hall, 13 Ayer Road Harvard MA, Monday - Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm and Tuesday evenings 4:00 – 7:00pm; bring this completed application with a copy of valid vehicle registration for each permit request.
- By mail: you must provide a copy of a valid vehicle registration for each permit request, completed application, and make your check payable: Town of Harvard, 13 Ayer Rd, Harvard MA, 01451. If you have a PO Box, please make sure the residential address below is correct.
