The Town Center Sewer Building Committee (TCSBC) shall be responsible for all activity related to implementation of the town center sewer project from acceptance at the annual Town Meeting through completion of construction. (detailed charter below)
The Town Center Wastewater Policy Committee (TCWPC) shall be responsible for all activity
related to the development of policies and procedures that will be used to guide the activities of the
Harvard Wastewater Management District Commission in advance of the appointment of the
