Outreach Services

The Council on Aging is staffed with a licensed social worker and two outreach coordinators who are available to assist Harvard seniors and their families with issues around health and aging. The outreach staff conducts home visits on a regular basis and seniors' needs are carefully monitored and appropriate referrals for additional services are routinely made. The COA works hard to assist Harvard seniors who wish to remain independent in their homes to do so, by helping to put support services in place and advocating for them as necessary. Confidentiality is stricltly adhered to. If you or someone you know needs help, please call 978-456-4120.
