Request for Proposals - Design of Drawdown Pumping System
The Bare Hill Pond Watershed Management Committee, an appointed body of the Town of Harvard, is seeking proposals for the design of an in-pond pumping platform to facilitate deeper drawdowns of the pond for weed control than the current gravity-only drawdowns can achieve. Design and construction of this platform is funded under a s.319 grant from the federal government that is being administered by Massachusetts DEP.
