Amended Board of Health Bylaw

On February 11, 2020, at a public meeting, the Harvard Board of Health voted to amend Article IV, entitled Solid Waste and Recyclables, in Chapter 145 of the Code of Harvard. The amendment is to include a requirement that the solid waste and recycling containers provided to customers by permitted haulers include lids. This amendment is effective June 1, 2020.
