Public Hearing 10/22/19 at 7:25 p.m. to include a new Article in the Board of Health Bylaw Rules

The Harvard Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at 7:25 p.m., at Town Hall, Volunteer Meeting Room, 13 Ayer Road. The hearing is to include a new Article in the Board of Health Bylaw Rules, Chapter 145 of the Code of the Town of Harvard. The Article is entitled Regulation to Ensure the Sanitary and Safe Operation of Marijuana Establishments and the Sale of Adult-Use Marijuana and Cannabidiol.
