Description of event: The HFA Halloween Parade is an annual parade around the
town common open to all families with a child 6 or under. Following the
parade, there will be lawn games, donut on a string, and crafts on the
common. This free event is open to the public, and participants are
encouraged to bring a canned food item to donate to a local food pantry.
Number of Participants/Spectators: 200
Parking Plan: Parking throughout town and around the common.
Other Support Required (Porta Potty, traffic control): Fire truck will lead
the parade, we will request police detail for the intersection during the
height of the activity (10-12) given the high volume of children and adults
crossing the road.
