***Early Voting BY MAIL ONLY for the June 2, 2020 Special State Election and June 23, 2020 Town Election***

EARLY VOTING BY MAIL IS AVAILABLE NOW FOR THE JUNE 2, 2020 SPECIAL STATE ELECTION and JUNE 23, 2020 TOWN ELECTION.

On March 23, 2020 Governor Baker signed Senate Bill S2608. The law allows any registered voter to Early vote by mail in the June 2, 2020 Special State Election and the June 23, 2020 Town Election. The law allows for Absentee Ballots to be used for Early Voting by mail.

1. Complete and sign this Early Voting Ballot application

2. Take a picture of the signed application and email to the Town Clerk at: mkenney@harvard.ma.usmail to 13 Ayer Road, Harvard or drop off in the Town Hall Dropbox next to the front doors of Town Hall.

3. A Ballot will be mailed to you at the mailing address on your application.

4. After voting you may return your Ballot by mail or leave it in the Town Hall Dropbox. It must be received by Election Day at 8:00 PM.

The deadline to apply for an Early Voting ballot is 12:00 noon the day before the election. Please leave plenty of time for mailing!
