2020 Harvard Flu Clinic: Tuesday, October 6th

Save the date!  The Nashoba Associated Boards of Health (NABH) 2020 Flu Clinic in Harvard is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 6th from 2-6 p.m., with 2-4 p.m. reserved as designated special hours to serve seniors.  In order to provide ample space to respect the need for social distancing, and to meet the needs of all community members, the clinic will be held at the Bromfield Cafeteria.

Please click here to access the flu registration form and click here to review the Vaccine Information Statement that must be provided to all vaccine recipients. In an effort to be as contact/touch free as possible, NABH asks flu clinic attendees to thoroughly, and legibly, complete the flu form prior to the clinic and bring a copy of their insurance card, if possible (a secure way to scan insurance cards on-site will be available for those who cannot bring a copy). Each person being vaccinated needs to complete the form.
