Amended Board of Health Bylaw Rules

The Harvard Board of Health held a public hearing on Tuesday, December 11th, 2018, to amend the Board of Health Bylaw Rules, Chapter 145 of the Code of the Town of Harvard. The Board of Health unanimously approved the following:
Amending the existing Article I: Sanitation to include a new section entitled “Deed Notification- Long Sewer Lines” which describes the responsibilities of homeowners whose properties utilize long sewer lines. Click here to read the newly approved section; and
