Amended Harvard Board of Health Private Wells Regulation

On March 22, 2021, at a public meeting, the Harvard Board of Health voted to amend Article II: Private Wells, Section 18(B), in the Board of Health Bylaw Rules, Chapter 145 of the Code of the Town of Harvard. The amendment expands the number of months (from 6 to 12) that the required water quality analysis results filed in anticipation of property sale are considered valid.
