Amendments to the Board of Health's Fees regulation

On March 25, 2024, at a public hearing held virtually during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Harvard Board of Health, notice having been published in The Harvard Press on March 15, 2024, the Board Members voted to amended Article XI: Fees, in the Code of the Town of Harvard, pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 111, Section 31. 

The approved amendments include but are not limited to the following:   

• Addition of definitions of terms used throughout the regulation;
• Adjustment in the monetary amounts for the Administrative Fee and Complex Project Review Assessments consistent with current practices and costs;  
• Clarification of the Complex Project Review Assessment requirements and procedures.
