BOH hearing to amend the Private Wells regulation

The Harvard Board of Health will conduct a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. to consider amendments to Chapter 145, Article II: Private Wells, in the Code of the Town of Harvard. 

A copy of the proposed amended regulation can be reviewed at the Harvard Board of Health Office, 13 Ayer Road, Harvard, Massachusetts, during regular office hours (Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30 to 2:30 p.m.) and on the Harvard Board of Health website at: www.harvard-ma.gov/board-health/pages/board-health-regulations

Meeting participation instructions will be listed on the meeting agenda posted on the Town of Harvard's website at least 48-hours prior to this meeting. The agenda will be posted here: www.harvard-ma.gov/calendar-bv-event-tvpe/16

Any persons interested or wishing to be heard on these matters should join the virtual public hearing or may submit written comments, no later than 12:00 p.m. on the date listed above to boh@harvard-ma.gov.
