State Declares Significant Drought

The State of Massachusetts, along with the United States Geological Society, has declared significant drought conditions for most of Massachusetts. Harvard is in Severe Drought (Level 2) conditions which limits the availability of water. Please proactively manage your water usage.  For more information, please click here.

Additionally, there continues to be an outdoor watering ban issued by the Water Commission for users of the town water supply. This includes but is not limited to yards, pools, car and house washing. This water ban will be in place until further notice.
