Harvard Residents may apply for Federal and State Fuel Assistance Programs by contacting Making Opportunity Count (MOC) email: fuelassistance@mocinc.org or calling them at 978-345-7040 ext. 1 to leave a message. If you need help, or if you are a first time applicant, feel free to call the COA/Senior Center office for assistance. The fuel assistance program is open to all ages.
